VOLF ENTERTAINMENT belongs to a an investment fund of QUADRANTIS CAPITAL. It was created in 2022 to produce series, films and documentaries with an international vocation. This company relies on the 30-year track record and experience of director and producer Leonel Vieira, who has produced almost 40 titles and more than 200 advertising films, including Portugal’s biggest box office success, ‘O PÁTIO DAS CANTIGAS’ (2015), of which he was producer and director. This film is part of a trilogy of highly successful comedies in Portugal – acquired by Netflix, Prime Video, Max, AXN, Canal Hollywood, TVCine, RTP. To this day it remains the most watched film ever in Portugal.

In 2023, it premiered ‘THE CRIME OF FATHER AMARO’ (6×45’), a period series for the public channel RTP (Portugal) also directed by Leonel Vieira, which won Best TV Series and Best TV Pilot at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival (Argentina, 2023). It also released the thriller ‘THE LAST ANIMAL’, directed by Leonel Vieira in Rio de Janeiro, which was nominated for Best Foreign Film at the Gramado Film Festival (Brazil, 2022).

In 2025, it released the feature film “O PÁTIO DA SAUDADE”, directed by Leonel Vieira, which premiered in more than 60 cinemas across the country, becoming the most watched Portuguese film of the year in just 4 days. It also premiered the series “FAVÀRITX” (Thriller · 5×50′) on HBO MAX and RTP.

Also in 2025, the series “O GRITO” premiered on HBO MAX, a co-production with RTP, also directed by Leonel Vieira, which won Best TV Series and Best Director at the Buenos Aires International Film Festival – Web Series (Argentina, 2025).

Volf Entertainment is also developing, with the Spanish production company Nadie Es Perfecto, a thriller series for Sky Showtime Spain, also with Leonel Vieira as showrunner, co-writer and director.
